The SGTech Career Support Group (CSG) is a dedicated programme (fully sponsored by WSG) to support PMETs going through career transitions. Designed as a facilitated peer-support programme, participants would receive support from each other as well as certified coaches to improve their emotional and mental wellbeing, a key factor for employability. In the process of consecutive 90 mins session (Monday morning) over 7 weeks, participants will also benefit in the following ways:

1. Know yourself better and how others perceive you
2. Identify your strengths, rediscover and redefine your sense of purpose
3. Create strategies to overcome challenges and achieve your goals
4. Priority access to job matching opportunities with SGTech

Application period has been extended. This CSG will commence on 31 May 2021.
